   Casa Gregori, Our typical Spanish Townhouse, sleeping up to 6 people, nestles amongst real Spanish neighbours here in rural Catalunya , and has all the  modern conveniences you could need for a relaxing self-catering break in Rural Spain.
    The accommodation is just 600yds from the River Ebro, 2 minutes walk from the local shops, bars and restaurants of
   Mora D´Ebro and a twenty minute drive from
   the golden beaches of the Costa Dorado.

   A Self-catering holiday in rural Catalunya leaves you free to enjoy your favourite things - fishing, walking, wine tasting birdwatching, horse riding, lazing on the beach, sightseeing, or just relaxing and soaking in the rich culture that rural Catalonia, this unexplored region of Spain, has to offer.
   
   Unlike a lot of holiday companies in Spain, we do not charge per person/per night.

Casa Gregori-The Layout
On the ground floor you will find an entrance hall with washing machine, and plenty of space for your coats, shoes and bags. In the kitchen there is a full size cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, bar stools, ironing board and iron, and all the cutlery, crockery and utensils you might need for your stay.  We even provide complimentary coffee, tea, milk, sugar and drinking water to make you welcome a bit more relaxed*. The fully tiled shower room with toilet and washbasin is also on the ground floor.
The stairs leading from the entrance hall take you to the first floor dining room with balcony, and the separate lounge with plenty of comfortable seating where you can enjoy English satellite TV.  In the lounge you will find a bed settee which makes into two single beds.
Following the stairs up to the second floor, your will find a front double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and draw space.  The back bedroom houses a set of bunkbeds and also has wardrobe and drawer space. Also on this second floor you will, conveniently adjacent to the bedrooms, a fully tiled toilet and washroom.
All the necessary linen is provided for your stay including freshly made beds bath towels, hand towels, and tea towels for the kitchen.
Beach towels can be hired if you are short on luggage space.
All-in-all, Casa Gregori provides comfortable accommodation for up to six people in a very convenient location with parking closeby.

*provided for our guests are complimentary tea, coffee, milk, sugar & water as well as those essentials such as toilet paper,  kitchen paper, washing up liquid, and washing powder

1. The Local Area
3.             Mora D’Ebre is a small market town of approx. 5000 inhabitants, which has good local bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets, shops and banks, without losing it’s friendly local quality and rich cultural history.
4.           The River Ebro provides the focus of the town with scenic walks, excellent for fishing holidays , and water sports activities.
5.       In the summer months we can arrange canoe trips, bank fishing boat fishing, horse riding and romantic evening boat trips to view the surrounding scenery from a completely different perspective.
6.       The town itself offers all types of restaurants and bars, some with live music. There are one or two unobtrusive night clubs for dancing into the small hours. There is both an indoor swimming pool with gymnasium, Jacuzzi and sauna, and a summer only outdoor swimming pool (June to Aug) offering three different sized open-air pools with plenty of room for sunbathing or picnicking on the surrounding lawns. Both pools are open all day, and you can stay as long as you like for a small entrance fee.

The surrounding area

       Whether you are looking for tiny unspoilt villages, medieval castles, wine bodegas, traditional wooden ferries, handmade pottery or nature reserves we have it all locally.
And for those looking for a change of scenery during their stay,
 Mora D´Ebro is superbly situated.   A drive in any direction will take you to something new.

       A 20 minute drive takes you to the closest beach at Hospitalet. From here you will find all, along the coast, a beach to suit every taste, from tiny rocky coves, to wide stretches of golden sand. From unspoilt fishing ports to the bustle of a big holiday resort such as Salou.

     40 minutes drive away you  will find the TV advertised Universal Studios theme park of Port Aventura, and the huge Water Park of AquaPolis, both well worth a visit. 

       A 30-minute spectacular scenic drive following the river takes you to the Deltebre national park where the river meets the sea which has become and important bird sanctuary. And a panoramic mountain drive up river will take you the beautiful dams and lakes of the Ebro.

         A direct train ride takes you to the magnificent cities of Tarragona and  Barcelona with their historic Gaudi architecture, rich history and designer shops and boutiques.

Please do not book any flights, hire cars etc. until you have received E-mail confirmation that the dates you require are available. We will endeavour to reply within 48 hours, but cannot be held responsible for any extra expenses you may have occurred before you receive our confirmation.  We will subsequently be happy to consider different dates if you cannot coincide your flights etc.  Your verbal or E-mail booking will be held for a period of 14 days, awaiting receipt of a small booking deposit which will secure your holiday booking
