GETTING HERE
Several of the budget airlines do an excellent and efficient service to Spain from many UK airports. The two most popular are:
www.easyjet.com , who offer a service from London´s Stansted, Luton and Gatwick, as well as Bristol, East Midlands, Liverpool & Newcastle into Barcelona Airport which is approx. two and a half hours away from Mora D’Ebre by train or car.
www.ryanair.com , who offer a service from Stansted, Luton, Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow & Liverpool direct into Reus Airport which is approx. 40 minutes away, again by train or car.
In both instances you can book up to five months in advance for some great deals.
Hire cars are simple to book on the internet and pickup at your destination airport from companies such as

From Reus Airport
By Car: Simply turn left out of the airport and continue along this access road about a quarter of a mile until you hit the main T11 dual carriage way. Take the slipway right onto this main road and continue to follow the signs to Falset. The road will turn eventually into a single carriageway, change name to the N420 and take you up and over a mountain pass. Continue on the same road until you start to see signs to Mora la Nova (our sister town). The same road will bring you right to Mora D´Ebre.
By Train: Catch the small yellow minibus outside the airport, which will take you to the train station (Estacio de tren). At the train station you can purchase a ticket to Mora La Nova train station. When you reach Mora La Nova, there will be another bus waiting to take you to Mora D´Ebre, but if you advise us of your arrival we will happily pick you up. There is no financial advantage to buying return tickets.
From Barcelona Airport
By Car: Head out of the airport and onto the A7/ E15 toll road always heading towards Castelló (south). Turn off this road at junction 39, and turn left at the roundabout which will take you to the N340 heading south. Turn off this road at the village of El Perelló. Before you enter the actual village, you will find a right hand junction signed to Rasquera and Mora La Nova. Take this road inland, always following the signs to Mora La Nova (our sister town). You will pass a windmill farm on the way, and you will encounter two T junctions, at both of which you should turn right, always to Mora La Nova. This road will bring you right into Mora D´Ebre.
By Train: Find the integrated train station inside the airport and by a ticket to Mora La Nova (billet a Mora La Nova). The airport shuttle will take you into Barcelona Sants train station. From here catch the train to Mora La Nova. The train you want will have a final destination of either Riba Roja or Caspe, but don´t be afraid to ask, the Spanish are very friendly and helpful. Always hold on to you ticket, as you will need it if you wish to leave the platform area to get something to eat, also as with any busy place hang on to your possessions and bags. When you reach Mora la Nova, you will find a bus waiting to take you to Mora D´Ebre, but if you advise us of your arrival we will happily pick you up.
There is no financial advantage to buying a return ticket.
Please don’t book your flight until you have checked accommodation availability with us directly, to avoid disappointment. We cannot guarantee any particular holiday dates until a completed booking form has been received and the appropriate payments made.
Remember to hire your car when you make your flight bookings, this will save you a lot of hassle, and money!
